What is a virtual appointment?
A virtual appointment is a personalized experience where we measure, design, and quote your project through google meet or another screen share software like zoom or teams.
Do I need to have a camera on my computer for the virtual appointment?
Nope you can do everything just through audio on your computer. No need to use your camera unless you want to.

How long do Biltright virtual estimates usually take?
Typical appointments only run 20-30 minutes

Will I need any specific software for the virtual appointment?
If you’re on a desktop you’re good to go but If you are using your cell phone for the virtual meeting you just need access to Google Meet.- If you can’t access the virtual meeting for any reason our team will call you and help troubleshoot with you to find a solution.

Do I need to be home for the virtual appointment?
Nope! You can be anywhere you have access to the internet! – everything is done from a phone or computer (recommended for best experience)

How will you get the measurements through a virtual meeting?
We use satellite images and online measuring software to outline and measure your yard. Once we complete your virtual appointment, we schedule our surveyor to come and physically confirm all measurements and take detailed site photos.

How will I see the turf in person?
After your virtual estimate we schedule one of our site surveyors to come collect project details and they can show you samples then or leave them on site for you to review later.

Do I need to be home for my site survey (when a Biltright surveyor comes in person to collect final details and drop samples)?
No you do not need to be present, we just need access to the spaces you’re interested in having turf installed and all pets put away that day. We will leave turf samples for you if you’re not home.

Is my survey at a specific time?
Our surveys are not at specific times. We will arrive sometime between 8am and 6pm on the day of your survey. You will receive a notification the night before with specific arrival window as well as a text notification when your surveyor is within 30 minutes of your stop.
